ITCS Needs Student Technicians!
Four Self-Help Positions Available
ITCS is currently seeking student employees with technical experience to work on the Client Engagement and Support / AV Services and Support team for Main Campus and the Health Sciences Campus.
Interested students should have knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and repair, as well as being well versed in basic computer operating systems. We are seeking students who are dependable, courteous, demonstrate good communication skills, and are customer-service oriented.
Student technicians will report to the AV Services and Support supervisor and are responsible for technical problems that occur in the classrooms across Main Campus and Health Sciences Campus. Technicians are also responsible for software installation and repair, the exchange and repair of equipment, and timely response to help request calls.
