Pirate360
Empower Learner Success with Pirate360
Pirate360 will be ECU’s all-in-one system for student engagement, academic support, and campus operations.
It gives learners, faculty, and staff a unified platform to communicate, collaborate, and track progress, across departments, offices, and the student journey.

What is Pirate360?
Pirate360 is East Carolina University’s new Enterprise CRM(Constituent Relationship Management) system.
It’s designed to support our three strategic commitments:
Student Success
Providing more personalized support and communication
Public Service
Advancing learner and community partnerships
Regional Transformation
Ensuring ECU remains innovative and efficient
At East Carolina University, we believe in the power of transformation — and in the strength of cohesion. Every Pirate’s journey is part of a larger, unified experience.
One ECU. One Cohesive Journey.
With Pirate360, advisors, faculty, and staff can see a full picture of student engagement, helping identify what support is needed, when it’s needed.
How Pirate360 Helps
Pirate360 connects the people, services, and systems that support ECU’s mission. It brings together tools from across campus to create a unified, learner-centered experience.
It also improves operations behind the scenes, helping faculty and staff work more efficiently.
Supporting the Full Student Journey
Pirate360 helps ECU follow and support each Pirate’s path, from prospective student to graduate to lifelong learner, while also simplifying the tools faculty and staff use every day.

Why It Matters
Too often, important information about students is spread across multiple systems or tucked away in spreadsheets. That makes it hard to deliver the wraparound care students need. Pirate360 solves that.
Benefits will include:
- A single learner profile that shows academic, advising, and engagement data
- Easier scheduling and communication between students and advisors
- Better coordination across support offices
- Tools for proactive outreach
- Fewer systems to manage—and less duplication of work
When Is This Happening?
Pirate360 is being rolled out in phases. The first features will go live in Fall 2025, starting with academic advising and experiential learning tools.
