Thank You!
As we wrap up the year, we want to issue a heartfelt thank you to all who have participated in the success of Pirate360. The extra hours spent brainstorming, testing, and training have been essential to building a system that prioritizes ease of use for advisors, faculty, staff, and learners.

Timeline
Support Requests UAT
Support request functionality will be included in the Feb 10, 2026 release. We have involved a few advisors for the first round of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and expanded to additional advisors and faculty for another round in mid-December. We are doing UAT now, so we can adjust based on testers’ feedback before February’s go-live.

Experiential Learning Project Update
Experiential Learning360 officially launched on Tuesday, October 28 to select program coordinators and staff. Over the next few months, they will have the opportunity to explore the new interface allowing for early issue detection and resolution, as well as the opportunity to gather feedback and make refinements.
Experiential Learning360 Adoption
Although full implementation of the platform is targeted for Summer 2026, early adopters are getting involved now.
If you have questions about using Experiential Learning360 or the Soft Launch for Spring 2026—please connect with Bevley Green to explore next steps.
This gradual adoption approach recognizes the diverse systems, tools, and processes currently used to manage experiential learnings across campus. It provides additional time for assessment, alignment, and harmonization, ensuring a more consistent and seamless experience for learners in the long run.
Tune in for an intimate discussion on how the interface supports the One ECU mission.
