Learner360 FAQs

General Questions

What is Learner360?

Learner360 is ECU’s student success platform, offering students a personalized and centralized hub to manage their academic journey, connect with their advisor, access support services, and monitor their academic progress.

Why are we using Learner360?

Learner360 makes it easier to connect with your advisor and success team, helping you get answers faster and access the support you need to succeed. It reflects ECU’s commitment to innovation and learner success.

Will all Learners have to use Learner360?

Yes—eventually. All students will receive access to Learner360.

However, during the September 16 Soft Launch, full functionality will only be available to students in the Major Advisement Program (Undecided), College of Health and Human Performance, and the College of Business. Students in other colleges and departments will have limited access within Learner360 until the full rollout in January/February 2026.

If you are not in MAP, HHP, or COB, you’ll continue working with your advisors as you do today, but we encourage you to explore Learner360 ahead of the full release.

Why can’t all students go live at the same time?

Learner360 marks one of the most significant changes to the student experience at ECU. The scale and complexity of this project and implementing a solution that spans across colleges and majors carries critical implications—especially for you, our students.

Thus, we are taking a cautious, phased approach that minimizes disruption and provides an opportunity to obtain feedback to make improvements before the larger launch in January/February 2026.
