Main Campus IT Support Pods

Our newly-formed support pods begin service within their respective areas on Main Campus beginning March 2, 2026.

  • How do I access support?
  • Each pod supports a specific group of departments or a defined specialty area.
  • This allows teams to balance workloads while maintaining continuity of service.
  • Pods were built based on historical support patterns, feedback from campus stakeholders and IT staff, accumulated skillsets and clear pathways for professional development.
  • Each pod includes former central IT staff as well as techs transitioned from other teams. You’ll see familiar faces as well as new ones.
  • Changes are in store for the Health Sciences campus. For now, College of Nursing, Brody Academic Support, clinics, School of Dental Medicine, Allied Health and the other West Campus department support remains unchanged.
