Microsoft Teams Training Event January 30
ECU’s College of Business is sponsoring a Microsoft Teams training event, and ECU faculty and staff are invited to attend.
Part of your Office 365 account, Teams combines chat, meetings, notes and file storage all working together as a central hub for work or class projects, department collaboration and more. Teams also includes video chat for meetings and other Office 365 apps, like Planner. All you do is create the team and add members to get started. There is a desktop app to make Teams even more convenient.
During the session, participants will engage in immersive learning activities to build a strong understanding of Microsoft Teams and to better visualize how this powerful tool can be utilized in a work or classroom setting.
Included in this workshop is a Microsoft Educator Community account. Upon completion of the session, you will be certified as a “Microsoft Innovative Educator,” earning the corresponding digital badge. This badge signifies your knowledge of the Teams tool plus your engagement in the community. Badges are available for other Microsoft products as well through other workshops or online courses offered in the Microsoft Educator Community.
